Like all important milestones in life such as births and weddings, it helps to plan for such events to go according to your personal wishes, including death. I created a book designed to help in times like these, to give every family peace of mind that everything is in place. The book is easy to understand because it’s not a legal document drawn up by a bunch of lawyers. It simply lays out your final wishes of what you want to happen when the time comes.

An end-of-life doula typically offers support to the friends and family of the elderly, dying, or recently dead. An end-of-life doula educates and empowers individuals to make decisions on their own end-of-life care including final arrangements.

As a funeral arranger & celebrant, I help you plan your loved ones service and ensure that it reflects how you want to celebrate the life of the person to be remembered. I can help with all funeral aspects from start to finish, from arranging transport of your loved one to poems, readings, songs and hymns as well as co-ordinate with people you’d like to play a part in the ceremony.

The focus of my service is remembering and celebrating the life of the person who has died and not the religious teachings that a church, temple, or mosque would concentrate on. What’s said and shared during a civil funeral is a personalised service decided by family and friends. I understand you may have many questions at this time, please feel free to contact me. As a member of The Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement, I can help provide a number of resources for the bereaved.
